We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Eligibility

• You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have watched less than 20% of the course.
• After 7 days, or once you've watched 20% or more, purchases are non-refundable.

How to request

• Contact us via the Connect page or your payment WhatsApp number, and include the reference/order id shown when you enrolled.

Processing

• Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible, typically within a few business days.

Exceptions

• Refunds may be declined in cases of abuse or breach of the Terms of Service.
