By creating an account or purchasing a course on this site ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. License & access

• On confirmed payment you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the purchased course for your own learning.
• Access is granted for the lifetime of the course on the Platform unless stated otherwise.
• You may not share your account, redistribute, re-sell, download, screen-record, or publicly display the course content. The videos are protected; circumventing that protection is prohibited.

3. Payments

• Prices are shown in Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
• Payment is arranged manually (e.g. FIB / FastPay / ZainCash / bank transfer). Access is granted after we confirm your payment, typically within 24 hours.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Don't upload unlawful content or harass others.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials remain the property of the instructor. Your license does not transfer any ownership.

6. Termination

We may suspend or revoke access if you breach these terms, without refund where a breach has occurred.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date.
